hide with Spread Beaver

Around 1996, after X Japan split up, hide began to focus only on his solo projects. Finally he named the band he got together back in 1992, Spread Beaver. Aside from hide, there were six members in Spread Beaver, and the guest apperance of Pata. Kiyoshi also played guitar with hide and Pata. Chirolyn played the bass, I.N.A. on computer and percussion, who later appeared in ZILCH and with Pata and Heath in Dope Headz. D.I.E. on keyboards, Joe on drums, and Kaz on backing.

The only album they ever released was "Ja, Zoo" in 1998, after hide's death. For the last track, PINK CLOUD ASSEMBLY, Spread Beaver got hide's brother, Hiroshi, to do the vocals as a final farewell. After that, Spread Beaver split up to do their own projects.
